Premium Seated Tasting
An Elevated Tasting Experience
Indulge in a curated seated tasting that invites you to slow down, savour, and deepen your appreciation of Peak Cellars wines. Hosted in our Members’ Lounge or under the beautiful vineyard Pergola (weather permitting), this intimate experience includes a guided flight of five wines thoughtfully paired with an optional artisanal charcuterie and cheese board.
You’ll enjoy premium glassware, personal insights from a knowledgeable Wine Educator, and the opportunity to explore wine and food pairings in a relaxed, elegant setting. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or an eager explorer, our Premium Seated Tasting offers a deeper dive into the stories, flavours, and craftsmanship behind each bottle.

Bar Tasting
A Fun, Friendly Introduction to Peak Cellars
Short on time but big on curiosity? Our Bar Tasting is a lively, approachable way to explore Peak Cellars wines. In just 15–25 minutes, you’ll sample a flight of four wines, handpicked to showcase the vibrant, fresh, and terroir-driven style we’re known for.
Whether you’re just beginning your wine journey or revisiting some favourites, our friendly Wine Educators will guide you through a casual yet informative tasting that captures the spirit of Peak Cellars. Great for first-time visitors, groups, or those looking to sip and socialize before a meal at our Garden Bistro.

Goldie Block Tour & Tasting
Walk the Vines. Taste the Story.
Go beyond the tasting bar and step into the heart of our farm and vineyard with the Goldie Block Tour. This guided, behind-the-scenes experience walks you through our historic Goldie Block vineyard, lush gardens, and production spaces — all while sipping four specially selected wines along the way.
Learn about the rich history of the land, our sustainable farming practices, and how Lake Country’s unique terroir shapes our wine. From vine to glass and garden to plate, this immersive tour is ideal for wine lovers, foodies, and anyone curious about how a true farm-to-bottle operation works.
