The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Gardener to join our team at O’Rourke Family Vineyards Ltd. This position will perform ornamental and culinary gardening at our Peak Cellars facility.

Wine isn’t the only thing the property produces; the half-acre organic vegetable garden and two greenhouses supply the highest quality fruits and vegetables for the Garden Bistro.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with task such as seed starting, microgreen production, greenhouse and field planting, fertilizing, harvesting crops
- Flowerbed and planter maintenance
- Planting of new garden beds both culinary and ornamental
- Gardener will assist in weeding, raking, planting, watering, deadheading and harvesting at various properties within the estate
What You Bring
- Must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Horticultural certificate or diploma preferred
- Positive and punctual work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Ability to work independently as well as in a group
- Desire to develop and acquire new skills through on-the-job training
