2022 Terraces Dry Riesling

This wine certainly invigorates the senses with bright aromas of green apple, Sweet Tarts candy and lemon lime, with underlying notes of crunchy underripe pear, nectarine, confectioner’s sugar and hints of petrol. Refreshing and fun flavours of Sweet Tarts, lemon zest and sour cherry are balanced with a slightly savoury and mouthwatering salty note of pickle brine (and the winemaker sure loves her pickles!). The palate is intense and full, with tight acidity, hints of minerality (wet stone) and a long finish.

Pair with roasted chicken with lemon; Coq au Riesling; dill pickle marinated chicken wings; sushi; dill pickle potato salad.
