2021 Goldie White

This wine exudes a highly aromatic potpourri of olfactory pleasure, slowly revealing tropical and exotic layers of muscat, golden delicious apple, guava and underripe pineapple, lifted with hints of lychee, orange zest, and elderflower.  On the palate it shifts to a more savoury experience with flavours of white peach and citrus followed by nuances of white pepper, fresh tarragon and a dash of grapefruit pith, which carries through the long and round yet refreshing finish.

A very versatile wine but to complement the intense fruit character, we highly recommend Indian and Thai cuisine or anything with lemongrass.  Also a good choice for charcuterie platters.  Not feeling noshy?... this is a perfect patio, poolside or hot tub wine!
